Flowerwell cannot guarantee specifics of the varieties that will be in the cut flower flats due to the uncertain nature of seed germination, growing, etc.! What we can promise is a flat of 48 baby plants that will grow into a beautiful garden. We take into account feedback from the survey that past purchasers filled out when selecting what to include in the flats. It is possible that not every flat will be the exact same.
All orders must be placed online first and then picked up. We reserve the right to close ordering at any time. (moral of the story, don’t wait to buy your flats! quantities are limited).
We cannot refund your order once purchased. These flats are custom-grown for you! There will be no returns or refunds. If you do not pick-up your flat, there will be no refund.
Flats MUST be picked up on the date(s) provided. If you are not available to pick-up your flat, we recommend sending someone to pick-up for you.
Flowerwell is not liable for the plants once they are picked up. By providing you with 48 plants per flat, our hope is that even if a few don’t make it due to weather, user error, or the mysteries of Mother Nature, you will still have lots of flowers to enjoy in your garden!
We recommend planting out your plants within a week or two of picking them up, they will be happier in the ground than in the flat!
Keep your flats in the shade and well-watered until planting. Plants will dry out quickly, daily watering is recommended.The plants in your flat may vary in size, but remember size doesn’t matter when it comes to annual cut flowers! Sometimes the smaller the better, big root-bound plants won’t produce a big healthy plant that a small plug will produce.
