Dahlia Alpen Sundown
Dahlia Alpen Sundown has sunshine yellow to soft yellow coloring with a dark raspberry line around the outside of the petals and gorgeous backing. Each petal is unique and you can’t help but want to get up close and personal with this variety. In our climate, the yellow in this variety faded to reveal a bit more honey/ apricot as the season went on. If you can’t get your hands on KA’s Mocha Katie, buy this one. Plants have tons of blooms and are on the shorter side.
