One year, when looking at our dahlia field, I realized I was missing a bold pink among the sea of softer pink dahlias. I landed on Chimacum Katie becuase I have never met a Chimacum dahlia I didn’t love. This variety produces vibrant pink blooms with a firm, long-lasting structure, typical of Chimacum varieties. Its flowers are well-formed and consistent, making it ideal for both garden display and cut arrangements. Comparable in size to Mini GC Pink Lemonade, the blooms feature a striking gradient from hot purple at the base to bright pink at the tips.
