We call Dahlia Irish Ruffles the Ballerina of Whites. I love the way its lush blooms seem to flutter with their beautiful fluted petals. This variety has the most gentle blush fade, becoming slightly more pronounced as the season goes on. When cutting for blush, I will cut every single stem possible. A must if you grow for florists and design work.
