Shakespeare would write poetry about this dahlia, Monet would paint this dahlia, and you will fawn over this dahlia. Bred by Kristine Albrecht of Santa Cruz Dahlias, KA’s Cloud is one of my favorites. I grew one plant years ago and couldn’t get over it in the field. I’ve spent years since then building up our stock because we simply can’t have enough! In my opinion, this variety trumps Cafe au Lait as it holds up spectacularly for the size bloom that it is and it is a reliable bloomer.
