I’ve grown a fair number of collarette and anemone-style dahlias in my time. They have come and gone from our farm because petals drop too fast, or they last like 5 minutes after they are cut. But Orange Hype (calling her the cousin of Rhubarb and Custard) is a different story. Strong, tough blooms, covered in bees, make for a good cut. The color is so endearing; very vibrant, orange, pink, yellow, sunset, with magenta pink on the inside. Looks like it was painted. This one will NEVER disappoint you.
