As a proclaimed yellow-hue lover, Dahlia Sweet Suzanne might have won my personal new favorite variety for 2024. While I didn’t cut it a lot for weddings (maybe someday yellow will become an IN color for weddings again), I cut it for myself and for every bouquet I made. It should be noted that the flowers start off more pale apricot/salmon and fade with the cooling of the season (at least in our climate) The blooms are nothing but charming with their fringy edges. Gah, I could go on and on about this variety!! Special shout-out to Jayflora for sharing these with me.
We are limiting this variety to 1 per household in an effort for more people to be able to enjoy it.
